my stay at welcomhotel was fantastic! the newly renovated rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, making me feel right at home. the breakfast spread was absolutely delightful, especially the variety of traditional dishes.

the hairdryer in the room was not working.

Positive, My family loved the trip, especially due to the central location. The service was brilliant, particularly from Ratan at breakfast. The food was phenomenal, and the rooms were clean and inviting. We will definitely come back next year. 😊

Staff members like Rabindra and Merly went above and beyond by accommodating my early check-in request without extra charge, showing genuine care for my needs. However, the check-in process felt a bit rushed and lacked warmth initially, which was disappointing. Additionally, the restaurant on the ground floor got quite cold at times, making dining less enjoyable. Overall, the experience was quite pleasant with room for improvement, especially in hospitality during check-in.

We had a fab time! The staff were super friendly, especially those in the restaurant who made sure we were well-fed! The gym was well-equipped, and I loved the pool. However, the check-in process took a bit longer than expected. But overall, a good stay.

Ganesham quickly resolved my WiFi connectivity issues, enabling me to work seamlessly from my room. I also thoroughly enjoyed the nearby dining recommendation for Hotel Maris – their Gheen Masala Dosa and filter coffee were a delight. Additionally, the hotel offers a fantastic breakfast spread, especially the mutton biryani, making mornings enjoyable.

While the overall experience was positive, the check-in process felt a bit rushed and lacked the welcoming warmth I expected.
